FAQ's

Appointments: All treatments are by appointment only. Because we strive to keep our spa environment serene and tranquil, our phone line is almost always forwarded to our message center. We check for messages often so please leave your name and contact information and we will return your call.

If this is your first visit to our spa, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a new client form.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals: Because spa time is reserved just for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated.

Children: Our spa is not set up to accommodate young children. In the interest of their safety and your sanity, please make other arrangements for them so that you may enjoy the time you spend with us. If you would like us to perform a service on a young child, please call and consult with us before booking an appointment.

Cell Phone/Pagers: To maximize your tranquil experience at our spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager upon entering the spa.

Corporate Gift Program: Show your appreciation by giving the gift of relaxation and renewal! We offer discounted gift certificate packages that are a great way to thank clients or recognize employees. Packages available in a series of 6 or 12.

Gift Certificates: We have gift certificates available in any denomination for any occasion. We would be glad to mail your gift certificate to you or your recipient if that would be more convenient for you. Buy Gift Certificate Now!

Gratuities: Your referrals and recommendations are our best tips. If you would like to leave a gratuity in appreciation for outstanding service, you may do so with the esthetician who performed your service.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and Skin Rituals Gift Certificates.

Special Requests/Occasions: We will gladly work with you if you have a special request or a special occasion. We can arrange for flowers, chocolates, wine or champagne to be waiting at the spa for that unexpected personal touch from you!
